All orders received from the Polish customers will be subjected to VAT at 23.0%.

European Union member states (excluding Poland)
InGraph is registered in Poland under the EU VAT number PL 8561716912.

As a European based supplier, we are obligated to charge Polish VAT (at 23.0%) to all individuals and companies based in the European Union Vat Zone with the exception of the customers registered for VAT in the European Union.

We also support the Reciprocal Agreement where VAT-registered companies in EU Member States can self-assess for VAT (zero-rate VAT).

If you are locally registered for VAT in the EU, and you wish to self-assess for the VAT on your purchase, and if your VAT number will be verified by the usual VAT validation services such as
http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vieshome.do then we will not add Polish VAT to your purchase - zero-rate VAT. However, the VAT shall be paid by the Customer in his country of residence according to the rates and regulations applicable in that country. (we suggest visit this website first to confirm that the EU VAT number can be verified here)
